I used to do these wonderful days away when I lived in San Francisco and found myself missing Green Gulch. I love this place so much and reached out to see if I could find a date to reserve. I was thrilled to get off a wait list and now I am coming back!
This will be a day away – just over the Golden Gate Bridge for you to stretch, be in nature, eat beautiful food from their gardens, and connect with wonderful women.
You do not need to be experienced in yoga or writing – this is simply a day to have TIME to think about your year and to create a little space for yourself..

Schedule:
9 am – arrivals, coffee + tea
9:30-10 – opening circle
10-11:30 – gentle yoga
11:30-12 – writing for a new year
12-1 – lunch
1-2:30 – walk to the beach + free time
2:30-4 – restorative practice with oils
4-5 – writing + cards + treats from my workbook
5 – head home
